After nearly a decade of development, testing, and collaboration, we're thrilled to announce a major milestone for Excitus Medial. Following a highly successful appearance at the Air Medical Transport Conference (AMTC) in Salt Lake City, CARY – our next-generation medical evacuation solution – is set to begin test trials with two leading U.S. healthcare providers in 2025. This marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter for our technology, our team, and the future of emergency care.

We at Excitus Medical are proud to share that our medical suction device, CARY, is taking a significant step into the U.S. market. After participating in the Air Medical Transport Conference (AMTC) in Salt Lake City in November 2024, we received incredibly valuable feedback – and theresult is clear: CARY will enter test trials with two leading U.S. Health Care providers starting in early 2025.

AMTC is the largest gathering of pre-hospital care providers in the U.S., and it gave us a unique opportunity to engage with professionals who understand the real challenges in the field. Our goal for the conference was to connect with civilian healthcare organizations and explore the potential for pilot testing – and the response far exceeded our expectations.

Overwhelming Feedback from Industry Professionals

Through demonstrations of CARY’s capabilities and functions, we met with paramedics, physicians, and other experts who all shared a common reaction: CARY is not just another new device – it’s a true solution solving challenges.

Their enthusiasm and recognition mean the world to us as a team that has spent nearly ten years developing this solution.

Launching Pilot Programs with Leading Partners

Following a series of productive meetings during the conference, we’re moving forward with test trials in collaboration with:

  • Advocate/Atrium Health
  • LifeLink III

The trials will begin in 2025, and our manufacturing partner, Innokas Medical OY, is planning to deliver the first units of CARY by the end of the year.

A Decade of Development Near Reality

This marks a major milestone for all of us at Excitus Medical. After nearly a decade of development, testing, and collaboration, we’re finally approaching the moment when we can make a real contribution to global emergency care.

We’re grateful, humbled, and excited for what’s to come in 2025.
